Kiva Long Beach
Funding for startup businesses is very difficult to obtain – the Kiva Long Beach program can provide a viable way of supporting startup funding for entrepreneurs and small businesses within the Downtown business ecosystem. Kiva is a peer to peer micro lending program that provides potential borrowers with 0% interest micro loans that can be paid back in up to 36 months. The DLBA will endorse borrowers for Kiva Long Beach if the Criteria for Participation is met. This has the added benefit by providing credibility to your loan request and allowing you access to LISC Los Angeles’s dollar for dollar loan match, helping to achieve your funding raising goal even quicker.
